Method
Remove tuna from tin. Do not press the tuna. Cut boiled eggs in half lengthways, combine radicchio, rocket, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves in a medium size bowl. Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Season freshly ground black pepper. Lightly dress the salad mix and place on plate. Place tuna, eggs and Kellogg's® Body Smart™ Fruit 'n Oats equally over the salad mix. Garnish with fresh chervil or parsley and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately. Tip: Replace Kellogg's® Body Smart™ Fruit 'n Oats with Kellogg's® Corn Flakes if desired.
